Background

ProspecPlus was founded in 2000 by Claude Guertin, a civil structural engineer and graduate of the École Polytechnique de Montréal. Mr. Guertin is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ), the Ordre des technologues professionnels du Québec and the Quebec Association of Building Inspectors. Furthermore, thanks to his extensive experience in building-related legal disputes, Mr. Guertin also serves as a court‑appointed expert witness.
