Pre-acceptance inspection of a common‑ownership building

A pre-acceptance inspection of the common parts of a common‑ownership building must be performed after all known beneficiaries and the syndicate have received an end-of-work notice from the contractor.

ProspecPlus uses an inspection protocol based on forms issued by the APCHQ (Association provinciale des constructeurs d'habitations du Québec) and the ACQC (Association de la construction du Québec).

Following the inspection of building components, ProspecPlus will produce a comprehensive report in which the inspector will confirm whether the building is in good condition and can be used for that which it was intended (sometimes on the condition that work be done or corrections be made).
