ROOF INSPECTION
FOR INSULATION AND WATERPROOFING

INSPECTION

Roof inspection

WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

Inspection toitureInspection toiture

The roof is an essential component of a building envelope. Its lifespan depends on three major criteria: the quality of the materials it is made of, its installation and its maintenance.

If one of these elements is neglected, weatherproofing problems (water damage) can appear and cause premature wear of the building. It is also during periods of freeze/thaw, so recurrent in our Belle Province, that these deficiencies are most visible. Regular roof inspection is therefore recommended in order to detect anomalies such as clogged pipes, loose joints, water accumulation, etc.

Whatever the nature of your roof (sloping roof, flat roof or roof terrace) and the type of  coating (sheet metal, shingles, multilayer membranes, EPDM, elastomer, TPO), our professionals will define the appropriate and sustainable corrective work. Using infrared cameras or nuclear absorption hygrometers, our engineers can detect wet areas under roof membranes and heat loss from the building.

Calling in our experts means ensuring a diligent inspection and the search for an optimal solution.
